PURCHASING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Placing an order

Placing an order with the Professional Beauty Store is as simple as browsing through the website and putting the items you wish to buy in your basket!

Acceptance of Orders

We will process the order and validate your credit or debit card when the order is ready to be shipped. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been despatched by sending you an email to the email address you gave us through the registration form.

Payment Options

When placing an order with us, you can choose to pay with a debit or a credit card.

The following cards are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.

If you would like to pay with American Express, please send us an email: sales@probeautystore.co.uk or give us a call at +44 (0) 20 8958 0555 and we will process your order. We are sorry that we are currently unable to take American Express cards through the website.

All purchases made through the Professional Beauty Store website are secured with SagePay so your personal information is protected and safe at all times. All charges will be made in UK Sterling and will include VAT at the current rate.

Please note that trade prices do not include VAT; you will be able to see the VAT amount when you checkout.

Shipping & Handling

Domestic Orders
After your order has been placed, we will endeavour to despatch it within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday.

In case your order has been placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed on the first working day following and will be despatched within 24-48 hours.

Please bear in mind that around Christmas time, processing an order might take a bit more than 48 hours, but we will endavour to prepare it as quickly as possible.

Retail Orders over £35.00 are carriage free.

Retail Orders below £35.00 have the following carriage charge:

Standard Carriage £2.99 3-5 days 3.50£ extra if goods can’t be delivered

Priority Carriage £6.99 1-2 days 12.50£ extra if goods can’t be delivered



International Orders
We welcome international orders but this moment we are only able to ship our products through the web site to those customers within the UK. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of the U.K please feel free to email us: sales@probeautystore.co.uk and we will be pleased to assist you. Please note that some items are not available outside of the U.K.

Back Orders

Full orders will be despatched provided that stock is available. In the rare occasion that stock is not available, we will contact you by phone or email to advise on additional delays to the order. You will either be given an estimated delivery date for the out of stock item, or will be offered an alternative product with an estimated delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to make a refund or request an exchange, please send us an email within 7 days from the receipt of goods.

Exchanges and refunds

- If we have made a mistake and we sent you a wrong, defective or damaged product you will receive a replacement. Please allow us up to a week to process the exchange and send you the replacement. In this case the postage will be paid by us.

- If you wish to return an item, we will require you to send it back to us (postage will be at your expense) and you will either be offered a full refund (excluding the original postage & handling charges) against the original credit card used for to make the purchase, or you will be able to exchange it for something else to the same value or can be used to contribute to an item of a higher value.

Cancellation Terms

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email as soon as possible as we do aim to ship it within 48 hours as long as the items are in stock.

If the order has been already despatched then please send it back to us but we will not be responsible for the return postage costs.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Professional Beauty Store you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy.

You agree that you shall not use the website for illegal purposes and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the website.

You also agree not to compromise the security of the website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.


You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Modification

The Professional Beauty Store reserves the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the website will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

The Professional Beauty Store has complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
